BUS: From Alton Rail Station to New Alresford only: 64 or X64                                (Guildford, Alton, Winchester, Southampton bus)                                                  From Winchester Rail Station to new Alresford only: 64 or X64                         From Winchester Bus Station to Old Alresford, the Green: 64*                         *NB: Only runs hourly from 9.00am - 5.00pm approx                                           Old Alresford is about 1 mile from New Alresford

CARS: From North and London:                                                                                       M25, M3 to Junction 6, follow through Basingstoke to B3046, then follow this road south throough the Candovers to Old Alresford Village.  Pass the green and The Christy Hall onthe right, up round a sharp bend and the House is on the left-hand corner directly opposite the Parish Church.                                                          OR                                                                                                             M25, M3 to Junction 9, then follow A31, B3047 signposted to New Alresford, B3046 to Old Alresford (less than a mile).  Detailed directions below.

From South:                                                                                                 M27, M3 to Junction 10, A31 follow signs to Alton/Alresford, detailed directions below.

From West:                                                                                                   A34 to M3 Junction 9, over motorway then A31, follow signs to Alresford, detailed directions below.

From East:                                                                                                                           On reaching Petersfield take A272 to Cheriton, then follow B3046 to New Alresford, through town to Old Alresford.

See map for detailed instruction.  On reaching Old Alresford from New Alresford, the Parish Church is on the right with a right-handed turn next to it. The entrance to the House is on the corner opposite and has a sign board by the gateway.
